I am requesting 3 custom baskets (all the same size) for our kitchen.  Our cabinet maker made custom trays for the baskets to drop into.  Looking at your designs for your baskets, I think it is possible to have you built custom baskets for our kitchen and I was hoping you could do it to our specifications and provide a quote.

I have attached 3 photos: (1) the finished cabinet space where the baskets will go, (2) a photo of one of the trays the baskets will drop into, and (3) an inspiration photo which shows what we are trying to accomplish in the design.

The opening dimensions of the trays are 22-5/8” in length x 11-7/8” in width.  For the height, I need 7” from the top rim of the basket to the bottom of the basket.  Based on pictures and dimensions of other baskets on your website, I assume the band at the top of your baskets is ~5/8”. Based on this, I was wondering if you could make these baskets slightly tapered, similar to your laundry basket design.  This would ensure that the basket could slip into the tray from the top with the top band of the basket sitting snug on the tray to support the weight.  

I would assume the length and width of the top opening of the basket would be approximately 1/4” larger on each end (~23-1/8” in length x 12-3/8” in width) and then the basket immediately below the top band fit the dimensions of the tray (22-5/8” in length x 11-7/8” in width).

Also, no leather handles please as the baskets will be dropped into the tray.
